I was wondering what is the best weight loss supplement to try when trying to lose weight?
I was going to take slimquick, but wanted further suggestions.

-Do a cardio exercise when you get up in the morning like walking or running (this jump starts your metabolism and you'll feel more energetic throughout your day)
-eat a healthy breakfast (like whole grain cherios)
-there's this exercise that you can do to burn stomach fat (and work your obliques), you stand up, put our arms out and twist side to side using your stomach muscles to stop yourself each time you twist. do this for about 3-5 minutes a day (or more if you want to loose weight faster)
-chew extra gum
-if you have trouble loosing weight, you can buy dietary supplements such as green tea, cinnamon, chromium, and super-B complex (this one helps convert food into energy and works the best)… they boost your metabolism and help you loose weight, and can be found at walmart or walgreens… you can google search for more supplements if you want…
I have written many articles on weight loss and I am now regarded as an "expert author". I doubt if a weight loss supplement will anything for you except to make the supplement owner rich.
